Lee is a great guy. Had someone do some real janky work to my 4runner and he set me on the right path to getting it sorted out. He cuts straight to the point, no bs with this guy. He helped me out a lot.

I always bring my car to Crossroads for maintenance and repairs. They are honest, work quickly, and charge a fair price for their work. They do what I want them to do without any of the annoying upselling that the chain shops constantly do. Recommended!
Lee was a Christmas Angel when my car broke down on the side of the road as I was an hour and a half into my drive and 3.5 hours away from my destination. He got me the number for an excellent tow company who he had worked with before who could drop my car in his lot even after hours. The next morning, Christmas Eve, he diagnosed it as soon as he opened up and had me back on the road 3.5 hours later. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone. Lee is such an honest individual. He analyzed my 2013 RX350 and diagnosed it as a bad water pump. He indicated the Lexus required a lot of labor and equipment he didn’t have to properly repair it. He explained what needed to be done to fix it so I would understand what I should be looking for in a repair shop to do the work. On top of all that he wouldn’t charge for the work he did. I’ll definitely take my vehicles back to Lee for other repairs.
