I rented at the Crossroad’s at Elm Creek for 2 years. First year was ok which is I renewed for a second. This last year has been an awful experience. 1. I have had over 6 packages lost and management said they looked in Locker for them. They didn’t as I discovered the original packages delivered to same locker. 2. For 2 months I was charged 40 dollars (2x normal cost) for garbage for a 1 bedroom apartment. They said this cost was due to people throwing mattresses etc in garbage. Very very very racist and unprofessional management. They need to be fired. Scheduled a tour as we are looking for a new home. Rang the bell soo many times and no one answered. Someone let me in and I could hear them talking in the office. When they finally came to the door, looked at me weird, no greeting and no welcome. Went on to having another 15-20min conversation like I didn’t have anything to do with my time. I just left. VERY VERY HORRIBLE.

The hot water heaters are consistently having issues. The garage door frequently freezes and it’s always the residents fault. It took years to get a basic door sensor. The trash is a nightm... read more

I’ve been here for about a year now and its been nothing but HARASSMENT from the manager Carrie and her former employees. Simply accusing me, missing packages and charging me for unnecessary situations. I honestly regret moving here. I will be out as soon as my lease is over.

Great place but requiring 3x rent in income is absurd for a single person.
