Thoughtful staff, who treated us with compassion & grace when we had to say goodbye to our 19 yr old cat. Special added touch was a personal message on the whiteboard, candle and rainbow bridge poem ❤️
The team at Crossroads are wonderful, I've been taking my animals here for over a decade (even after moving out of the metro area)
I love this vet office, everyone that works there is so polite and understanding. They always take the time to understand and listen about your concerns about your pet and tries to come up with the best solution for you and your pet.

Crossroads was recommended to us by a friend after a horrible experience at Prior Lake Vet. Crossroads Dr's are fabulous. We had a senior dog whose ear was gushing blood (a cyst had burst) We made 2 trips to Prior (our normal vet at the time) on the same day, because the bleeding wouldn't stop. When it started up a 3rd time, we called and they told us to go somewhere else. Long story short, we ended up at Crossroads and they were so wonderful!
