Saw our cat immediately and provided wonderful service. They did even follow up to make sure all questions were answered and concerns addressed which they fully were. Praying all treatments work out well and we don’t have to go back, but if we do we know that’ll be taken care of.
We lost our sweet girl while traveling far from home. She wasn’t just a dog, she was our baby. This clinic took us in immediately, no questions asked, and helped her cross the rainbow bridge with so much gentleness and dignity. In our worst moment, they could have taken advantage of grieving, out-of-town pet parents. They did the opposite. They were fair, transparent, and didn’t overcharge us for a single thing. I've been going here for over 20 yrs with various pets. My pets are well taken care of. When my pets have needed immediate help the staff and doctors are ready to help.
This place is the best vet office we have ever been to and the staff is amazing.
Crossroads Animal Hospital has been a lifesaver for my furbabies on more than one occasion. When other vets were quick to say it may be time to put your pet down, Crossroads gave us options and the vets have always been caring and thorough. We have been taking our dogs here for about 10 years, and I've always had a good experience. The day that we did have to let go of our first baby, all their staff and vets were kind and sympathetic to our grief. I highly recommend them and their services.
