My mother passed away after eight days of being here. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Can't even give this place a star but had to give one to have review posted. Our family member in the beginning was treated "ok" in the beginning. Only one family meeting occurred during his stay. Case worker was very uninformed as to the guidelines of a nursing home and insurance guidelines. Told me she didn't have to talk to me when I had power of attorney and was listed as a contact for the patient. Patients were being discharged with no 30 day notification to the family, sent by Uber, or told they would be sent to motel ... read more
My uncle was there for rehab, the staff is amazing. The facility is spotless, they even keep the floors immaculate! All the nursing staff is exceptional! We were so pleased the way they treated my family like their family.
