They did not really get done what I asked and made me pay just for another shop to figure the problems out. Reply: I don’t think everything I asked about was actually checked, and a few things I mentioned seemed to get missed. I don’t need the shop to do the repairs since I can handle those myself, so the response I got felt a little unnecessary and disrespectful. Has to be one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. My Ram broke its flex plate ring gear in Vantage they got me towed with EJ Towing. Scooped the Truck and the Trailer I was hauling in one shot. Got me into a service bay and inspected the same day and I was back on the road in 23 hours even with them driving 5 hours to get parts. I cannot praise them enough top-quality shop and mechanics. I will even schedule a trip and stay to have my truck serviced by them even though they are 200 miles from home. Thats how good they ... read more
