CRG was absolutely amazing. We blew a turbo line connection on I-90 and limped into town, arriving around 6:15 a.m., nearly two hours before opening. A lead tech happened to be coming in early, he helped us check in and let us wait inside. Bear, the mechanic, also arrived early, pulled equipment out of the bay and started working on our 6.0L Excursion before the shop even opened. In under two hours we were back on the road. Nothing negative to say about the people here. They were all courteous and professional, but they misdiagnosed the problem. I scheduled an appointment for them to check out why my truck was giving codes for a fan clutch stuck on high speed and a glow plug code when I had replaced both within the last 3 months. The truck was otherwise starting and running without any problems. They called the next day and said I needed 2 new batteries and a new fan clutch.
