I gave one star because they answered the phone. The customer service was of the same caliber as someone working at a dollar store right before closing in Montgomery Alabama. With the understanding that they may not carry the part number, that I didn’t even finish telling before got interrupted by the lovely gentleman on the phone. Not having the part number that they rep wouldn’t be something out of the normal.
