Staff is always friendly and informative. Helped my 6 yr old pick his first real bike.
Took bike in Sunday to change out handlebars to flat wing. Richard Miller was excellent in advising of what needed to be done. It was ready with the change, adjustments and replacing worn cables by Monday evening. Picked up today and it rode excellent. Great bike shop. Highly recommend!!

Went to the mobile bike shop set up at the thousand oaks y this morning and they helped me to not hate my bike so much. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me and discuss my bike needs and to get me in a better fit on my bike for now. I highly recommend this crew. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. These guys are really awesome man. I brought my bike in to be evaluated for a tune-up. Zack put the bike up on the rack adjusted everything for me and lubed up my chain right on the spot. Dude has mad skills. They have some killer bikes and a test ride program will they will go out with you on a trail and let you ride the bike you're interested in buying. These guys are Riders and they are for Riders
