I love my doctor, Dr. Blick and BG. Anytime I need to contact my doctors I have no problem in sending them a note or sending them a message. I love the way my doctor (BG) listens to me and offer suggestions as to what steps I need to take when things occur. I am so grateful for a doctor of her caliber. It is rare that you get a doctor to sit down with you and listens. I would not trade them for the world.
I love Dr David Spinks, however since he joined Crosspointe the new communication system is awful. It sometimes takes days to get a call back or even find out who you need to talk to. Nothing is handled locally and trying to get answers is next to impossible. I have been a patient of Dr Spinks for over 30 years and do not want to go elsewhere however this new affiliation with Crosspointe really is awful.
