I feel that this dental clinic is one of the best. I have nothing really to compare it to since I don’t go to other dentists, but I know that I have never experienced pain here, they have all the latest technology and the best part is the people. They are kind, capable, and amazing.
I continue to have a superb experience with all the touch points at this office. From phone calls, text, email, office visits, scheduling and the best part the people! Dr Luke and his staff are exceptional. I think we all know what dentists do and at Crosspoint they do it better. Very thorough, gentle and professional. Today was My first visit and had excellent experience.
I have received care from MANY dentists. I've only had one appointment at Crosspoint so far, but it was my best dental experience to date. All the staff were kind and welcoming. I explained that I have anxiety, high sensitivity even during standard cleanings, and some non-standard dental history. Both the dentist and hygienist were extremely accommodating and provided options to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
