If you can, get Liddie Rutherford to be the one who handles you apartment. She is so amazing and kind from everything to the initial tour of the apartment, to the paperwork. She made everything simple and easy to understand and get through and and answers any and all questions you have. Best apartment experience that I've had.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Living here was a night mare. For starters, we had to pay for our mail box keys through the post office, they were not provided to us. The first 4 months of our 12 month lease, we had neighbors living above us that let their dog relieve itself all over our patio, everyday, multiple times a day. The smell was so bad, we were forced to keep our patio door closed for the majority of spring and all of summer. I’m very disappointed with the service that I’m currently dealing with at Cross Point Apartments.when I moved here I told them the the refrigerator is not working one 1/7/25 still to this day the have not fixed the problem with the refrigerator not working, the staff came out multiple times it’s a problem that they can’t not fix I have asked for a replacement and have not received any answers.this has cost my family hundreds of dollars in spoiled food it’s harder to go out and get food because of the weather and the restaura... read more

This is easily the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. My windows were never properly sealed and didn’t lock. My apartment was broken into, and over $6,000 worth of items were stolen. I’ve had packages stolen and witnessed homeless individuals squatting on the property; management was aware of it. They promised to install security but failed to follow through. The manager showed no remorse and took no responsibility. Rent here at your own risk.
