BEWARE!!!!! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE !!!!! Katie has got to be the WORST property manager I have come across. These building have roaches everywhere, mold everywhere. Katie is unprofessional and just doesn’t care about the tenants and how we have to live. Snow removal is non existent and nothing was salted, I fell the last time i visited my family at the property. Code enforcement will be called because NO ONE should have to live in these conditions for the amount of rent that is paid.
I love living here and love the office staff, best office staff crosspoint has has in a long time. They're always available to help when needed.
I Moved in December 2025 the process was easy and the customer service from Liddie was wonderful. Since Ive been here I has a minor issue but maintenance took care of it in a responsible time frame. Communication from this Management Team is good. Like any place you have neighbors who may not have the same level of respect for property as you, but the management team handles concerns promptly. I live in this medium-sized apartment complex, and management’s response to the recent snowstorm has been unacceptable. The snowstorm happened on Sunday, and as of **Thursday—four days later—**there has been no snow removal in parking areas or common walkways. Vehicles continue to get stuck, creating congestion and safety concerns, and residents with pets are unable to safely take their dogs outside. 3 words! Don’t live here! 1. ROACHES- neighbors moved out and we started seeing roaches. They sent Orkin out once and sent fake notices about recurring treatment but no one showed up. 2. Mold was discovered upon moving out. We had to throw half our shoe collection away. 3. Katie the manager is absolutely unprofessional, unreasonable and needs management training.
