I'm there several times a week. The staff and owners are always extremely helpful and patient. I can not even count the number of times they have gone above and beyond in helping me find needed solutions. I do not know what I would do without this particular store.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service at this store is horrible and they will not get another penny of my money. I took a set of loppers in to be sharpened not only were they not sharpened but they broke them. But waited 4 days for me to call them and then said "oh yeah I broke those but you have a lifetime warranty". Turns out we don't 90 day limited so he told us to take the tool back to home depot and lie and say we bought less than 90 days ago! HE WANTED US TO LIE AND FRAUD ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!
