I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at the San Tomas branch. The front desk staff sets a terrible tone the moment you walk in. They are incredibly rigid, hostile, and show zero empathy or compassion. Instead of being helpful, they make the check-in and administrative process unnecessarily stressful. The way they work is they employ junior doctors to save cost. I would avoid this place. Five stars for the clinical providers, but zero stars for the front desk. The frontline staff at the San Tomas branch is incredibly hostile, rigid, and completely lack empathy for patients who are sick. They make the administrative process incredibly stressful.

I was travelling and work at amazon and i booked apppitmwnt with them they denied mentonining i cannot visit this location due to am based out of different state despite i was able to book apppitment from portal and they were listed on extended care team. I visited sunnywale loaction 2 weeks back without any issues. I waited 1 hr 30 minutes, called corporate office to sort this out, they tpok no effort in understanding policy or had no care abt patient. I will give 0 star if i can.

Disappointing. I went there for a scheduled visit, there was no doctor and I only got talked to by their staff. It was waste of time and lot of money.
