Amazing facility, hands on quality care. Gillian Clifford, is the most knowledgeable medical provider there, with experience; she listens, advocates for her patients, and show cases her care and love for the profession. Gillian uses critical thinking, while never assuming, she understands her patients needs. The intake nurse, Omega, is the best nurse they have. I became a client of crossover shortly after they opened. I herniated a disk while working for amazon and they refused to see or treat me. Crossover said that it was a conflict of interest and they could not get involved. That is very bad to hear coming from your primary care provider. Tending to your patients medical needs should be your 1st priority, not corporate Amazon. They also push other unnecessary services just to collect more money from insurance companies. I want to clarify that Dr. Claibourne is a horrible MD. She has ignored my symptoms multiple times, even when I had tachycardia and she brushed over my pain when I was suffering from early arthritis and when I had bronchitis back in October. Also I don’t want to be told that i’m “too young” to have so many health issues at my age that’s the least of my concerns when i’m trying to get preventive care and to heal that’s so ridiculous and uncalled for. I had a good experience with Crossover ,particularly Dr Claibourne i would love to talk to her and tell her thank you for recognizing that something more was going on and sent me to a specialist and I have been diagnosed ,also big props to my mental health therapist P.Compos she was amazing, I no longer am able to work and I can't call to tell them thank you but would love to let Dr Claibourne know what she helped me with .
