I have recently gone back to Crossover in Tolleson. I found that the attention I needed was just not being addressed through my primary care doctor. After my appointment with Kelly Chavis, I felt that all my concerns and questions had been thoroughly addressed. Kelly is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and heard, which is rare nowadays. Thank you, Kelley.

The Crossover Tolleson team is great! The staff is friendly and is always available to answer questions on the app. Dr. Kelly Chavez is a great MD she is very helpful, empathetic, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chavez is always available to answer any questions I might have.
I'm giving crossover health two but they really don't deserve that they should get a one the five is for my therapist who is amazing but because of what I experienced even though this is a offer through Amazon I won't be going back to them I expanded my medical history I thought that I would be treated respectfully initially I was to respectfully but I did not get the medical help that I deserve as a black woman we have certain medical disease that we deal with that should have been expanded on further the Latino nurse pract... read more
