I lost my health insurance.I'm in the process of getting insurance.This clinic used to let a patient be seen for a fee if a patient didn't have insurance. I had an appointment with Kelly.My appointment was cancelled today by an MA with an attitude.The person who called me to cancel the appointment just didn't care. All she was talking about was insurance smh.

I have recently gone back to Crossover in Tolleson. I found that the attention I needed was just not being addressed through my primary care doctor. After my appointment with Kelly Chavis, I felt that all my concerns and questions had been thoroughly addressed. Kelly is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and heard, which is rare nowadays. Thank you, Kelley.
