Made and appointment through the app only to be told when I arrived that it was cancelled. I didn’t eat all day as I was expecting some blood work done. No notice was given to me—unfortunately very unprofessional.
This is the third time that I’ve gone to an appointment and they told me it’s been canceled. The young lady says she called me, And left a message. No message and I can’t call her back because it’s an unknown number. I’m done with this place
2 stars because they were friendly. 0 stars because I went 2 weeks before another appointment that needed lab work. 2 days before the other appointment the provider messaged me and says they forgot. Amazon, including crossover, does not care about its employees.
