This is the third time that I’ve gone to an appointment and they told me it’s been canceled. The young lady says she called me, And left a message. No message and I can’t call her back because it’s an unknown number. I’m done with this place
2 stars because they were friendly. 0 stars because I went 2 weeks before another appointment that needed lab work. 2 days before the other appointment the provider messaged me and says they forgot. Amazon, including crossover, does not care about its employees.
I am not a fan of going to Crossover Heather care. The only reason I go is because they are familiar with the Amazon accommodation paper work. First of all they say they take walk ins so I left work because Amazon wanted to train me for something my body couldn’t do. I left work to go to CO health which is out of my way per work and home.
