Scheduled an appointment per my works recommendation to get an accommodation. Told this doctor some VERY personal information just for her to tell me she’s unable to help me. I get an email I still have to pay a copay. Told my work about this and they laughed and said just go see your primary doctor. Yeah don’t waste your time!!
I’ve only had one session here and they’re making it so hard to keep coming in. When we call for a couples session they constantly schedule us for two separate sessions for my partner and I. When we call to fix it they tell you one time and then schedule you for a different time. We took the day off work to attend our second session and then they called to cancel 4 hours before our appointment. A headache and disappointment to work with.
I think there’s an epidemic in this shopping center because I just walked into this crossover store, wondering what they do and unfortunately was treated very poorly by the lady tending to the door. I was extra polite and tiptoe around. her as I could tell, she was caulking up. All she would say is it’s for. employees As if the rest of the population is substandard. I came here a few times for my sciatic nerve in my back. They were so amazing and friendly and gave me a cortisone shot that helped me 100%. Honestly they acted like they really cared and even though I live 45 min away from this clinic, it was well worth it.
I like this clinic and the quality of care I'm used to getting here. I do reccomend others to steer clear of Jenifer the MD shes really rude, judgmental, aggressive for no reason. She has a nasty attitude and spoke to me in such a harsh tone in my short visit with her.
