Just came from getting my yearly check up and I wanted to speak some positive feedback. I love giving credit where credit is due. The facility is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly. Premium service at a health clinic! Amazing service from caring people. I had to go in for a back pain problem and I thought the doctor genuinely wanted to help me get rid of this pain. I had an appointment for the same day... had the requested information already submitted online which was easy and straightforward process. As soon as I got there... first... Dr Rizzo is a great doctor and her nurse Jalaih is always nice. I love coming to see them and feel great when I leave. They're the best. Kudos to them.
Laura Rizzo was super rude and did not provide me with any service. I will be filing a complaint with the board against her as well as disputing the charge. The owner was rude as well, furious when I said I was leaving a review.
