What a waste of time and a somewhat insulting experience. You’re much. Better off working with an agency who is familiar with what we healthcare professionals actually do. I feel CrossMed doesn’t care to understand.
CrossMed has been a dream to work with as a traveling nurse. More precisely, my personal recruiter, Faylyn, has been a dream to work with. Having her as my recruiter has been like working with a teammate/coach who constantly looks out for my best interest both in the present and in the future. I could not recommend her more highly to any travelers working in the Cath/EP/IR labs.
I’ve been a CST for 23 years and traveling for the last 6 years and I made a HUGE MISTAKE by accepting a contract with CrossMed! Every week I’ve had to fight to get paid correctly and they constantly find ways to not pay me! Don’t accept a contract with this company RUN!
