Great office. Lean. Most are a bit zoo-like. You don't have to hang out much there, and considering what often transpires, who'd want to.
It was extremely comfortable, because I was afraid but the office and Dr. made me very at ease. The Dr is a class act and very knowledgeable.
He saved my life! I am so pleased that my husband is going to start going to him. He is a no nonsense Doctor. I know if I don't feel right I go right in to the office. I don't need to waste my time and his when I feel greet. I rate a doctor on his concern for me. I have felt from the first time that I meet him that he was concerned. I also like that he is approachable. His office is busy and I can understand why!
I have been a patient for years and would reccomend Dr. Crossman. He can be intimidating, but just don't be shy and ask questions - he WILL explain whatever you want to know. He spends all the time you want/require if you do more than sit in the exam room and nod your head. He is compasionate and caring. His staff if friendly and efficient. He has his own voicemail and has ALWAYS returned my calls the same day, including some evenings.
Dr Crossman has been treating me for many years. He is fantastic. Answers all my questions and takes his time. I never feel rushed, or like he didn't explain everything to me. I highly recommend Dr Crossman.
