I've had Crossline do various jobs for me over the years and have always been very satisfied with Julien's communication and the end product.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I will absolutely never ever recommend this company ever again. I called to receive a quote for my parents cabin to have some work done. The woman I dealt with was rude and condesending. When I relented and had them do the work due to timing issues, when they came out they couldn't be more rude to my parents and the jobsite they left was not only not improperly cleaned up but when I phoned to speak to the manager, the women was plain racist.
