Now Motorcare (Northwest), job on the car seemed good, however, every other aspect was painful no updates provided, despite going in multiple times to ask for them, parts managers effort was minimal from what I saw and heard, an "assessor" said some scratches should buff out to put right the awful customer service I had received, they didn't, then I'm told he's only an assessor only the guys who do it would know if they would buff out and they didn't so is what it is.
