Been going here for 5/6 years, and I’m only leaving because I’m moving states. It’s a wonderful gym. People are nice, mind their own business, and helpful staff (Mel & Angela) as well as wonderful owners, although I didn’t talk to them much! They’ve been upgrading the place as well
I absolutely LOVE training with Linda! Very knowledgeable in everything she does, it’s so rare to find a coach/trainer who sees your potential and pushes you. I highly recommmd anyone who’s serious about their fitness to Linda and Chuck!!!
I’ve been lifting here for a couple of months now and have zero complaints they keep the place very clean and the atmosphere is great the staff is very friendly they have equipment so you can get a great lift in for everything and plenty of space so the gym never feels over crowded
Love this gym it’s clean has everything you need and lots of space for everyone. Love that they have childcare so my family and I can come together. Owners/staff are awesome and make the experience coming here even better. 10/10 highly recommended
Love this gym! Amazing owners who are also the best trainers around.
