I absolutely LOVE training with Linda! Very knowledgeable in everything she does, it’s so rare to find a coach/trainer who sees your potential and pushes you. I highly recommmd anyone who’s serious about their fitness to Linda and Chuck!!!
I’ve been lifting here for a couple of months now and have zero complaints they keep the place very clean and the atmosphere is great the staff is very friendly they have equipment so you can get a great lift in for everything and plenty of space so the gym never feels over crowded
Love this gym it’s clean has everything you need and lots of space for everyone. Love that they have childcare so my family and I can come together. Owners/staff are awesome and make the experience coming here even better. 10/10 highly recommended

Awesome! I was sent on a 6 month work assignment to Cleveland, I needed a place to train. The staff was very courteous and I liked what I saw on the first visit. I met with Chuck and he was very honest and helpful when discussing my personal goals. Mind you I'm 58 yrs old and have worked out all my life. I was in a rut and Chuck made it fun and exciting again like when you first start lifting. The atmosphere there....couldn't ask for better. Members are polite, courteous.
