DO NOT use this Title company! They are the most unprofessional, non- communicative people to try to use. 3 or 4 times we had a closing date, only to find out the day before OR the day of closing, that it was not happening! At least one of those times, my real estate agent nor I had been informed that we were not closing. Then to top that off, when we were changing title companies, they were so unprofessional as to tell other title companies not to take it!
