As a realtor who has worked with Jessica at Crossland on almost every closing for the last three years , I cannot say enough about Crossland Title. I have never had a closing that didn’t go seamless from start to finish . The communication by everyone is amazing and their ability to work through any situation is unheard of . I used all my personal closings as well. I can not imagine ever using another company!
This title company is VERY professional, and do a great job closing on time, or earlier. I have used them many times for myself and also for my clients. They do a deeper search than most title companies, so it better protects my clients. They are quick but thorough with a solution, when an issue is found. They will travel throughout east TN to meet me or my clients which is such a huge help!! Communication is always great and they are very honest. DO NOT use this Title company! They are the most unprofessional, non- communicative people to try to use. 3 or 4 times we had a closing date, only to find out the day before OR the day of closing, that it was not happening! At least one of those times, my real estate agent nor I had been informed that we were not closing. Then to top that off, when we were changing title companies, they were so unprofessional as to tell other title companies not to take it!
