We have lived in our home for 7 months now and while we love the neighborhood, our neighbors and the location unfortunately the quality of our home is poor and not worth the money we are paying for it. Insulation is horrible, our front yard is sinking, the heating system is off balance, do NOT use their standard flooring because it is contact paper and it will tear and bubble.
