Hey! Today I had an appointment at this building. I need to get a one bedroom apartment. I had a tour . An apartment was so large, bright and very modern. I love it very much! We checked ( with an agent-Karen) in details everything. She showed and explained me everything. How I love! It’s a clean place, modern. The two maintenance guys are a total joke. I get the distinct impression they don't have any formal qualifications in the field they seem like nothing more than amateur handymen who were given a job just to help them out. I’ve asked them several times to come and replace the electrical outlets in my apartment, because whenever you plug something in, it immediately pops right back out and I’m worried about my child's safety. We recently toured the apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. Karen from the leasing office was extremely helpful, guiding us through every detail about the apartment and the building amenities with great clarity and patience. The tour was very well organized, and we truly appreciated the time and effort taken to answer all our questions. Overall, it was a very positive and informative experience.
