I visited my friend several time who lives at Crossings at Irving and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing apartment experiences I have ever witnessed firsthand. The condition of the apartment was genuinely shocking. Everything is too old, they try to cover up instead of replacing, The sink, bathtub, and toilet seat have all been coated with something that keeps peeling off, leaving permanent dirty spots that no amount of cleaning can remove. I moved into this community in May 2026 and have been dealing with service issues and billing errors since day one. Nearly 80 days later, nothing has been resolved despite multiple emails and in-person follow-ups. Management routinely ignores emails, in person visits, contradicts previous statements, and even sent me a lease addendum to sign without my consent.
