The front office was amazing. But it’s not even a month and my apartment is falling apart. Due to no closet doors and wasp hive growing on our patio. And not to mention it a very hot summer and I am cooking inside my apartment. The maintenance guy said because it is hot outside it’s going to be out in here. They should at least give a portable a/c or reduce my rent. I can’t even cook dinner.
If I could give this company NO STARS I WILL SAVE YOUR MONEY rose is disrespectful nasty she looks out for her own people. You can call and make a report for maintenance they do a horrible job the pest control isn’t a real company they get there spray from Walmart and it doesn’t work I was moved into a roach infested apartment mold used carpet chipped paint dirty ceilings fan walls greasy and nasty DO NOT RECOMMEND she does more watching on her cameras then she does expedited work orders and doing HER JOB. The Worst Apartment in Irving This is hands down the worst apartment complex in the entire Irving area. Roaches are everywhere, and no matter how many times they do inspections, nothing changes. The trash situation is out of control, and the air conditioning never works. We’ve called maintenance about the AC at least five times — they show up, say “nothing’s wrong,” and leave. Moving into these apartments has been such a smooth and positive experience, all thanks to Rose! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly sweet, helpful, and professional. She took the stress out of the entire process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome — but that's exactly what Rose did. I’m so grateful for her help and excited to call this place home!
