Theses were nice , my wife likes the place. Close to shopping and food
If I could give this horrible apartment complex -5 stars, I would. The service here is horrible. The management response is disgusting. The people in the office are rude as heck. When my family and I first moved here, we almost got carbon monoxide poisoning the second week in because they never changed the godforsaken oven for a whole decade. I've lived here for several years. When we call with a maintenance request it gets handled the same day almost every time. If they can't resolve it that day they do offer temp fixes. The buildings aren't new and you can't expect new appliances and cabinets going in but everything is functional and has worked for our family.
People in the office are very rude, horrible customer service. They don’t communicate well, are very slow to handle any maintenance issues, and are just rude if you ask for someone to come fix something.
