I've lived here for several years. When we call with a maintenance request it gets handled the same day almost every time. If they can't resolve it that day they do offer temp fixes. The buildings aren't new and you can't expect new appliances and cabinets going in but everything is functional and has worked for our family.

People in the office are very rude, horrible customer service. They don’t communicate well, are very slow to handle any maintenance issues, and are just rude if you ask for someone to come fix something.

I am incredibly disappointed by the management team. My friend and I stopped by inquiring about their availability, the woman working in the office at the time (morning of 5.12.23) was a petite white woman who reeked of prejudice and ignorance. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but she wouldn't so much as entertain a conversation with us. Overall, not a good look for them.
