Not a happy customer right now. Communication has been terrible. 🤔 Update to this review. Still terrible communication. Your team DOES NOT answer the phones. So there is no confusion hear. The experience here has been no short of disappointing. I will be finding out who the owner of this community is and reaching out directly to. Not the management company but the actual owner. I would like to tell them how poorly you all are handling their investment. Truly disappointed.
I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office. The agent was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. She barely made eye contact, seemed uninterested in helping, and wasn’t willing to answer the questions I had about the property. Her attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, making what should have been a simple tour and conversation very uncomfortable. Very dismissive agents in the leasing office and I was not able to tour the property
We lived in this apartment complex for 9 years and we had every reason why . The amenities are top of the line, great floor plans and attached garage is the best feature , giving us extra convenience. The apartment is close to nearby shopping complex, Walmart, and several stores, banks, Katy Mills mall, restaurants, and a nearby lake /park ( just a stone's throw )where I could do my daily walking . I lived at this community for 12 months and was always a quiet and responsible tenant. I paid my rent on time every month, never caused problems, never smoked, never had pets, and even recommended this apartment complex to other people. My monthly rent with utilities was usually around $1450-$1460. However, when it came time to move out, management suddenly changed the pricing calculations and added unexpected charges that made no sense. I originally moved in on June 4, 2025.
