Please pay attention when renting Unit 1902. I began living in this unit in April 2025 and it has been unbearable. In the first months living here, in the master bedroom, there was and still is an unbearable smell of marijuana coming in. It was impossible to sleep in the bedroom, and my daughters had to sleep in the living room. At first, I went to the office and spoke with the girls who work there. Resided here for 26 months and had an outstanding experience! The apartment was very nice and convenient, and the first-floor garage was ideal for both my vehicle and storage items. The staff was outstanding, friendly and professional, and all minor problems were immediately fixed with no trouble or concerns. Move out and final walkthrough were also super easy, friendly, and quick. If I return to the Katy area, I would definitely reside here again! Highly recommend!
