We lived in this apartment complex for 9 years and we had every reason why . The amenities are top of the line, great floor plans and attached garage is the best feature , giving us extra convenience. The apartment is close to nearby shopping complex, Walmart, and several stores, banks, Katy Mills mall, restaurants, and a nearby lake /park ( just a stone's throw )where I could do my daily walking . I lived at this community for 12 months and was always a quiet and responsible tenant. I paid my rent on time every month, never caused problems, never smoked, never had pets, and even recommended this apartment complex to other people. My monthly rent with utilities was usually around $1450-$1460. However, when it came time to move out, management suddenly changed the pricing calculations and added unexpected charges that made no sense. I originally moved in on June 4, 2025. Tired several times to reach you guys came by the office no one is there. Left messages and no one calls back. No one returns emails either! This is crazy! Please note, this has been during the week and weekend. There is no excuse for a place a business not returning phone calls.
Not a happy customer right now. Communication has been terrible.
Every single night, the constant noise, screaming, and loud music coming from the neighbors until early morning has turned our lives into a nightmare. My family and I can no longer live peacefully in this apartment. I have contacted the office many times, but nothing changes and nobody seems to care.
