I came in today with a friend and had the absolute best pleasure of working with Michelle. She was THE ONE NOT THE TWO OKAY? She was amazing. So helpful, so kind, so genuine. I love her okay? She was AMaaaaaaaaZING. Truly. My new bestie for sure.
I have lived here since June 2022 and have transferred to another unit within the same complex in January 2023 and I have completely been in love with this place. Overall, the complex has been great! It’s a fairly quiet area and there’s a neighborhood with a big lake behind where I take my dog on a walk. Everyone is friendly for the most part. I have been searching for an apartment and this is by far the WORST customer service i have encountered. The young lady at the front with black hair did not greet me at all, she had 0 interest in showing me around, I have never felt so dismissed in my journey in apartment hunting. No eye contact, no desire in getting my information, or telling me about the community. She walked me to the apartment without saying One word, no show of amenities, no wonder they cant keep tenants.
