It's s sad state of affairs when phoning the doctor at crosshouse practice gives you anxiety. The receptionists, well the ones I speak to are unsympathetic, unhelpful and rude. I suffer from depression and anxiety where am I supposed to go when I need my medication? I phoned on Tuesday with an urgent call and I'm still waiting on that phone call. Thankfully the chemists in crosshouse are kind, helpful and take time to listen to their customers.
Staff are very friendly,polite,there customer service is first class,There always willing to help you ..They listen to there customers.i wouldn't go anywhere else.

I called Doctors earlier today, was told she would get Dr to call me back, I am still waiting and surgery is now closed. Will be a visit to A and E if I get worse. Eventually saw Nurse Practitioner next day, she wouldn't give me antibiotics for a uti, and recommended drinking lots of lemon water. Well it hasnt worked, so going back today, this is getting ridiculous, in so much pain.
I thought I should leave a review when I saw some negative reviews other people left that are the opposite from my personal experience which is usually pretty positive. I don’t go to the GP practice very often but when I do the GP and practice nurse are attentive and certainly do what they can to find out what’s wrong & advise me health wise.
