Before I express how thankful I am for CrossHope Cleaning services, I need to express how disappointing it is to see a 1 star review that was not from a real customer. Occasionally you see reviews like that, obviously not from a customer. Maybe it's from a competing business or just a angry teenager with too much time on their hands. Either way, no cool! CrossHope cleaners has been cleaning for us for a while now. They always do a really good job.
CrossHope cleaning was able to save our carpets from bleach. It was really amazing watching them put the color back in the carpet. We operate a few small movie theaters and will be changing our cleaning services at our next contract renewal. We highly recommend them for fixing bleach spots on your carpet. Our current cleaners had a bottle of lavatory cleaner with bleach fall over and drip on the carpet and CrossHope was able to restore it like new. Thank you so much for saving our carpets from replacement.
