I really wanted to give like 3.5 stars but 4 is more accurate than 3. The movie theater is crap compared to Colonies and should probably be redone, it would be a nice touch. And overall just imo I think the whole place is way too big lol. I know that's a weird complaint but all the stores I like are so far from each other. It's not that big of a deal though, its good exercise. But other than that I'd say Crossgates has a wealthy establishment going on. Keep featuring new stores and I will always come back. Good on ya!

I ONCE SAW A PICTURE OF THE SUBWAY SANDWICHES AT THIS MALL AND I HATE IT.
If you want to get stabbed or attacked, this is your place. Why on earth did they lift the curfew? We used to go there but now when we have to hit a mall, it’s Colonie Center which is quiet, clean, and isn’t filled with armed teenagers.
My hubby and I usually hangout there. We do enjoy shopping and customers services. There are a lot of shops with great services. Thanks.
Uncommonly good mall with a solid selection of good stores in a variety of price ranges and also some interesting/odd entertainment options like a comedy club and a Dave and Buster's. I like that they have actual sit-down restaurants in addition to the food court. I had a nice lunch at Pizzeria Uno, and there's also a Johnny Rockets and a brewery among other places. The Forever 21 store in this mall is enormous--like, cavernous. It goes on and on and seems to never end, and they have great deals.
