currently this is a bad sewage smell happening at the mall. it's on both ends, by JCPenny and by the movie theaters. it's in the hallways and in some of the retailers. what will the mall do about this noxious odor that is not creating an ideal shopping enviroment?! I know the retailers have voiced the issue to mall management, but little to no action has taken place.
