I can't stand it! The stores are small, and the youngsters working there REALLY need to be trained in customer service! The teenagers hanging around the mall, that speakers for itself! Also, I found parking to be less than it could be! I had a MUCH better experience at Colonie Center!
Very nice place to shop. Of course it's not the city, the prices are lower than in the city. I live in Brooklyn and went to Albany for the weekend. I frequent there occasionally. I really like this mall. Great shops and I found a long haired German Shepard puppy for 600. I was surprised.
Crossgates is turning to crap. At least one fight a week, people get stabbed. It’s a disgrace. I will NEVER go to Crossgates or recommend anyone to go there. Crossgates needs to get their crap together before someone dies. Absolutely sad.
