I paid the June dues as normal in cash to the owner(Thomas Vity) who did not tell me anything about closing the gym. One week later he told me he was going to close the gym in the beginning of July which was ok but instead he closed it almost three weeks early. I requested a refund for the days that they would not give me classes and to date I have not had a response. my calls and messages were ignored to the point of blocking him me. It happened to me, another friend from the gym and who knows how many others.

Political statements on the wall. Didn’t feel welcome. Turned around and left! “Don’t Tread in Me” is one of the biggest political statement for those who are anti-government. It flew proudly at the attack on our democracy, just as it has infiltrated the ranks of the military, where I served for 35 years. I will never support a business that post this message.

Recently discovered this hidden gem from a friend. Great coaches and supportive community. One of the best crossfit gyms I have been to. Workouts are well designed, cover all espects of crossfit movements, fundamental and advance. Every WOD here is a new level of challenge. Highly recommend it.
