The fitness sessions for kids that 121 fitness run are fantastic! They really engage the kids in a fun way, and help them build strength and endurance, all while playing games and helping them understand their body. A great way to stay fit and have fun. Our 11yr old son loves it!
Brilliant trainer, brilliant gym and friendly people. Highly recommend the kids classes which challenge kids love this gym
I have visited this box as a drop in member while travelling to Melbourne. Pretty solid box, Chris who runs it is a committed trainer and coach, and the community is vibrant. Very strong setup overall and highly recommend
Fantastic gym with great coaches and an awesome community. Whether you’re just getting into fitness, or competing in the CrossFit games there is something for everyone here.
I don't know what I'd do without this place! Fun, challenging, great vibes, amazing coaches. There is always something to improve on and the coaches make it achievable for all levels. Highly recommend giving Crossfit a go at 121!
