No better place on earth. Been there for a couple of years and absolutely love every aspect of the gym vibe. There’s always something to work on and challenge yourself and coaches to help. I joined as a teenager and now as an adult have gained so much from CrossFit beyond the fitness. Truly grateful for Chris and Maria for everything they do to make 121 an awesome place. Could not recommend more highly.
The fitness sessions for kids that 121 fitness run are fantastic! They really engage the kids in a fun way, and help them build strength and endurance, all while playing games and helping them understand their body. A great way to stay fit and have fun. Our 11yr old son loves it!
Brilliant trainer, brilliant gym and friendly people. Highly recommend the kids classes which challenge kids love this gym
