Can’t say enough good things about CrossFit110. The coaching is top notch, the programming can be tailored to people of all fitness levels and the community is positive and engaging. I look forward to my time there - especially the Sunday morning class. If you’re looking for programming that is dynamic, produces results and is rooted in community - I strongly recommend CrossFit110!

Forget everything you think you know about CrossFit. I started at CrossFit 110 in September of 2021. Until then, my fitness had been cardio-based. I plateaued on cardio and needed a change. When I first began focusing on my physical health I was hesitant about CF. I absolutely heard the clichés about it being a cult or you’re going to get injured, etc. Forget what you heard. Crossfit 110 is a very friendly no judgement zone. Kim the owner is an amazing person and coach. It's always a pleasure being coached by her. All the trainers here are willing to help scale down each workout or finding the best approach to do each workout depending on your fitness level. I have been a member for a very long time and love the crossfit 110 community because they are very encouraging and supportive.
