I’ve been a member since CFY opened its doors (in a different location) in 2017. I can’t say enough good things about it. Wonderful members, great coaches, supportive atmosphere. I was a one-dimensional athlete when I started and I’m now so much more well-rounded and athletic. Working out at CFY is one of the most important parts of my weekly routine!
All of the coaches and gym members are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and encouraging! I never thought I could be someone who goes to the gym before work, but this community has helped me make it part of my routine! Highly recommend!!!
Working out with friends in a supportive environment. Doesn’t feel like a chore but one of the better parts of my day. Not a mom, not a nurse, but just me:)

It’s about time I left a review of CFY as I’ve been a member since the gym opened. CFY is warm, welcoming and has been a great place for me to get “wicked fit”. Great coaching, fabulous workout times (I love 5:30am) and free community classes for non-members. Definitely thankful that I have a place to get stronger with a supportive group of people.
