I’ve been attending crossfit wreckage for about a little over a month now, and I absolutely love it !!! I’ve seen so much progress in my weight and in my overall strength. The classes are so fun, and the people you have surrounding you are the absolute best. It’s a community you won’t want to miss out on !!

Starting CrossFit after years of traditional weight training was a bit intimidating, but the team at CFW made me feel at home from day one. From the owners and coaches to the members, everyone is super welcoming and supportive. Their workout programming keeps things fresh and is tailored to challenge members of all fitness levels. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or someone like me who is looking for a change of pace, I highly recommend giving CFW a try. The results and sense of community will keep you coming back for m... read more

I’m really enjoying training at CrossFit Wreckage. It’s refreshing to have coaches who are also physical therapists because they truly focus on form, posture, and how your body is moving. The programm... read more

From the moment I walked in, the owners and coaches have been incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. As a 50-year-old woman, I feel inspired every class to push past my limits in a way that feels safe and empowering. The coaches are dedicated, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone strive for their personal best. This gym is more ... read more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just finished the Boot Camp class at CrossFit Wreakage in Charlotte, North Carolina with my son, and it was exactly the "missing piece" of my fitness journey I’ve been looking for. The workouts were the perfect balance of challenging and doable, making it accessible but highly effective. I really appreciated how the programming targeted specific muscle groups and helped me build strength in areas I had been neglecting. The coaching staff is top-notch—they provide great guidance to ensure your form is correct while ... read more
