I started about 2 weeks ago and it has been an absolutely great first experience with cross fit! Wotown a great job at providing helpful insight on warming up the correct way, proper form to reduce risk of energy, and helping provide and positive atmosphere to be able to push yourself to your full capabilities while not comparing yourself to others. All around good gym where everyone accepts you with open arms
I love Wotown!! I have done CrossFit before but these guys are different. The greatest word I can use to describe this gym is that the environment is “life giving.” It is always a challenge but the encouragement and community is wonderful. Definitely check them out. I still love it 3 years later.
Would 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone that ask. I’ve never been consistent with the gym until I found WoTown. The community and the encouragement that you get while here is better than anything you could imagine. Come join us! THE BEST PLACE AROUND

Awesome family atmosphere! Love seeing my friends work hard everyday. Thankful for the push I get from all the incredible coaches!
