Came here to workout for a day while working in the area. April was so helpful with helping me with form in movements I hadn’t done before. She and members were so friendly and helpful! Would definitely return when working in the area!
Absolutely love the Legends program for 65+ Have never worked out before but after a year I’m so much stronger in my daily life (lifting grandkids!). And my balance, weight, and general health are better. Strongly recommend Legends.
Great experience at CrossFit Winston Salem. Spacious and well maintained facility and equipment. Friendly coaches and members. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

I dropped in today while visiting my folks in Winston-Salem. As a regular CrossFit athlete from Colorado, I was excited to experience a different gym while on my travels, and CrossFit Winston-Salem’s website seemed really professional and inviting.
