I've always been into typical bodybuilding workouts but decided to finally give CrossFit a try and I'm glad I chose Wilson to start! Everybody was so welcoming right from the start on day one and it's a very motivating atmosphere. They also break down each workout of the day to give different levels depending on your comfort with those lifts/exercises, which is great for anybody. CrossFit Wilson is a community of individuals that will not only welcome you but they will make you feel at home while you work towards your fitness goals.
