So happy I found this place. I am very out of shape and wanted to make a change. My fiancée and I signed up here a couple weeks ago and we love everything about this gym. They are so welcoming and accommodating. I feel motivated to put as much work in as I can, but never feel pushed beyond my limit. The coaches do a great job explaining proper form and are patient and encouraging if you don't get it right at first. I walked in for my second class at 6:15 (when class started), and the instructor looked at me like I was crazy and asked, 'may I help you in such a rude tone. I told her I was the other day ( I felt so uncomfortable and uneasy, not welcoming at ALL). I told her that I wanted to sign up for a three-month membership. I knew that class was starting and thought I could sign up after class.
