I dropped in on a weekend trip to the Friday noon class. It was a packed house! Simone was attentive and thoughtful with her warm ups. The community was kind and inviting. It was not overly competitive which is a change of pace from my own gym but I could see this being a great gym for welcoming beginners. The music was and I had a good workout! Thanks for the hospitality.
My first day at this new CrossFit gym was an awesome experience, thanks to Coach Edgard L. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Edgard took the time to explain the workout, corrected my form, and made sure I felt confident and safe throughout the class. The energy of the gym is great, and the coaching is truly top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone, whether you’re new to CrossFit or experienced!

Class was great this morning. Juan was very helpful and informative. I look forward to continuing to come to the 5 am class. Juan gave lots of encouragement on my technique and how I was progressing through the workout. CrossFit Cedar Grove.
