Great facility, head coach has some of the best programming in South Florida! Staff is knowledgeable kind and a joy to be around. Feels like a real community is behind you to support you along your fitness journey
Dropped in for 3-days while visiting, great facility, awesome coaches, will be back when i’m back in town. They also have a week drop in price which is awesome and they make it really easy to sign up.
Great experience! Very well organized class! The level is high! I definitely recommend dropping in if you’re near West Palm! 🏋️♂️Tommy is great to communicate with and is very welcoming!
Great box, fun and challenging workouts. Members are super friendly to newcomers and strangers. Tommy made sure we pushed the pace and got a good workout. Definitely will be dropping in whenever I’m in the area.
Great energy and coaches were very approachable. Workout was well programmed and many different options based on CrossFit conditioning and experience. Definitely want to come back!
