The trainers here bat a thousand each time they give instruction and advice(i.e. never miss). Ive gotten stronger n fitter than I expected, n learned new movements & lifts at a comfortable pace. 10/10
The pain... ohhh the pain
I went because of an advertisement on Facebook. It gave me a very different idea of what was being offered and what to expect. They offer fitness classes. You can not exercise there unless you are in one of the scheduled classes. Also, there was a sign on the toilet saying "don't poop in here". I wasn't sure if the sign was referring to the tank on the toilet or the toilet itself, so if you have a medical condition that makes you have to desperately poop, don't use this gym.
