This is the best place around for CrossFit. I joined a year ago, and it was my first time doing this kind of training. The coaches are super supportive and always take the time to show you the right techniques so you get a good workout. When you join, you get more than just a workout, there’s a great sense of community here, and you’ll meet some really awesome people. Matt, the owner, is the best!
What an absolutely amazing place this is! I haven’t been to the gym in 25 years and I feel right at home here. When I first started, I was hooked, I felt the need to go everyday because of the wide variety of workouts and structure. There is also a great deal of flexibility to fit your level of expertise, or in my case, lack there of lol. 10/10 - I wish I could add more than 5 stars.
I highly recommend this CrossFit gym. I’ve been going for about a year and half now and I’ve seen so much improvement! If you are looking for a friendly place where you can see results this is the place to go!
