The gym is clean. Good equipments. And the best part are the atmosphere and nice people. The coaches actually care and are supportive.
Inviting gym with top notch equipment and well thought out space. Classes are challenging but not intimidating. Membership options are flexible and worth it for the quality of the location and instruction. Morning classes with Trent are a motivating way to start the day. Weekend classes are fun and a good opportunity to meet people from all backgrounds.
In the fitness space for over 13 years and this gym and community is hands down cream of the crop! Beautiful facility and incredible people!
Super nice gym! Very clean and convenient as well. Been using it sporadically for the open gym space, but the CrossFit classes look fun (never tried one before)! Healing from a back injury but might have to try one soon.
