Best gym in Fort Worth. Coach Trent is the best.
Climate change was unlike anything I had experience; They have an exceptional space with multiple saunas, one communal and several private. I tried both. We were allowed to choose aroma therapy in the private one. The eucalyptus was refreshing. Then there was a large cold plunge outside for a larger group as well as several indoor with various temperatures. This was so fun to do with a group!
Between traveling abroad and dropping in at gyms in other countries, this is easily one of the best gyms in the world. From world class coaching to top-notch amenities, and an incredibly motivating and encouraging community, training here has taken my fitness to a level I never thought I’d reach. Highly recommend for drop-in Crossfit visits or regular gym goers alike. Has programming and equipment for any level, from beginner to professional.
