9 months ago I walked into CFWF a little scared of what to expect with CrossFit and also had zero interest in "cardio." Hi I have been going to Crossfit Western Front in Ipswich for some time now. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Dedicated to helping you to become fit and healthy. For people of my age 73 there is a Life classes which keeps me moving. I feel fitter and I have lost weight. Our life group are very friendly. Came along and join in the fun
What a place to be at! Great coaching and ownership, modern facilities and equipment and the members are even better. If you’re looking for a new fitness journey, come to CFWF. You’ll find your people and clear your head. It’s definitely the reason why I keep coming back!!
