Hi I have been going to Crossfit Western Front in Ipswich for some time now. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Dedicated to helping you to become fit and healthy. For people of my age 73 there is a Life classes which keeps me moving. My group are very friendly and we have a a lot of fun together
Just hit 2yrs! Love the community, trainers are constantly supporting you, offering technique feedback and most importantly - pushing me to be better every session. Did I mention friendly environment? Thanks CFWF crew for making my 2 years so enjoyable. I came for the pump and stayed for the LOL’s 🤣
I was connected to CFWF by Everyday mums starting their Mumfit program. I had no idea what CrossFit was and what to expect but I needed to get moving post partum. This was the best choice I made! I haven’t felt so committed to exercise ever. I have spent years fluffing around at the gym with no direction feeling peak anxiety because I didn't know what I was doing.
