CrossFit Western Front completely changed my view of CrossFit, genuinely wish I’d joined sooner! The coaches and community are super friendly and actually want you to succeed. No ego, no pressure. I love that every workout can be scaled or adjusted to suit your level, so you never feel out of place. The location is very easy to get to and they are kid friendly.

The workouts have been challenging and vigorous, however, my physique has substantially improved. Although the exercise is tougher than most it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Crossfit not only develops muscle but improves the endurance and speed of my body. The trainers are extremely helpful and are experts in their field particularly with technique and cadence. Additionally, the trainers are really friendly creating a safe and comfortable environment!!
Hi I have been going to Crossfit Western Front in Ipswich for some time now. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Dedicated to helping you to become fit and healthy. For people of my age 73 there is a Life classes which keeps me moving. My group are very friendly and we have a a lot of fun together
