This place is my 2nd home with the best people anyone could hope to work out with. All the coaches are knowledgeable and always make your experience rewarding. No matter the workout or how strong you are, coaches can modify workouts to fit your individual needs.

I’ve been at CFWV for a little over 6 years now and I love it! I drive 20 min every day to workout here. The people are great the coaches are Awesome and overall just a great fun environment. Coaches are there every class to help with movements and workout modifications. Definitely recommend giving them a try!
I've been going for about a month, and I love it. The coaches are all very positive & helpful. Each workout is tuned according to your ability, and they are proactive about making sure that you're not going to hurt yourself. Update: Coming up on 4 years at this gym now, and I still love it! I've learned so much from the coaches, and I still look forward to going as often as I can every week. Update 2: 7 years now! Still going! Still getting stronger! Update 3: New Murph PR!
