Visalia City CrossFit (formerly Aktivate Wellness) My wife and I dropped in to complete two qualifier workouts this past weekend. The new affiliate owners David and Sarah were very accommodating with our travel schedule and allowed us to drop-in for open gym at an irregular time which is the only reason we were able to complete all the workouts necessary! The best CrossFit box in Visalia! I've been in CrossFit for more than eight years and have been part of a few different boxes in Visalia and LA. I'm happy to now call Visalia City Crossfit my box and recommend anyone interested to come try out a class!

My daughter goes once a week to Aktivate with her Dinamite Volleyball teammates. Their instructor Mr.Perez is energetic and engaging and puts her through the most advanced fitness movements in the industry to help her with her Volleyball movements and strengths. I highly recommend this gym for anyone trying to improve their athletic performance or just trying to get back in shape.

This place is my 2nd home with the best people anyone could hope to work out with. All the coaches are knowledgeable and always make your experience rewarding. No matter the workout or how strong you are, coaches can modify workouts to fit your individual needs.
