My daughter goes once a week to Aktivate with her Dinamite Volleyball teammates. Their instructor Mr.Perez is energetic and engaging and puts her through the most advanced fitness movements in the industry to help her with her Volleyball movements and strengths. I highly recommend this gym for anyone trying to improve their athletic performance or just trying to get back in shape.
This place is my 2nd home with the best people anyone could hope to work out with. All the coaches are knowledgeable and always make your experience rewarding. No matter the workout or how strong you are, coaches can modify workouts to fit your individual needs.

I’ve been at CFWV for a little over 6 years now and I love it! I drive 20 min every day to workout here. The people are great the coaches are Awesome and overall just a great fun environment. Coaches are there every class to help with movements and workout modifications. Definitely recommend giving them a try!
