Great CrossFit gym with friendly, knowledgeable coaches and welcoming classmates. I receive frequent, useful tips on technique and helpful coaching around my mobility limitations. Workouts are fun, and scheduling is super easy with flexible class times. I recommend checking it out!
I dropped in to workout with a friend who is a member here. The facility was very clean and well maintained, coaches were professional and attentive, community was super fit and friendly. All of the above was a reflection of the ownership, who is doing a fine job. As a Coach and CrossFitter, I would recommend this gym to anybody in the area.
I'm surprised I haven't left a review for this amazing gym! I was a member from 2022-2024 and met amazing people and even more amazing coaches! Daniel welcomes you from day one and helps you learn how to have good lifting form in a safe environment. I definitely miss working out with the 4:30pm class. Whenever I am visiting I stop by for a good workout. If you're looking to try CrossFit give them a try! Photo was taken by the best Daniel J!
Trainer Megan is amazing! She really helped me be comfortable in the gym. She comes up with really fun but challenging workouts.
